Claire’s professional career in site engineering and project management dates back to 1985. The last 31 years have been spent almost exclusively on the acquisition, design and construction primarily within the wireless communications industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.

Claire founded Arionda in 2001. Prior to Arionda, Claire spent nearly 7 years in a variety of management positions with engineering firms in New Jersey focused on design and project management of residential, commercial and industrial engineering site design as well as 8 years with Verizon Wireless (formerly Bell Atlantic Mobile), specializing in network public relations, development of wireless sites in the New Jersey Pinelands, the FCC – SHPO Programmatic Agreement for Wireless Carriers, large venue inbuilding antenna systems and switching facilities. Additionally, as the Mid-Atlantic Engineering Director she was responsible for all capital/expense budgets and management for network assets in seven states of the mid-Atlantic area. Claire left Verizon Wireless as the Mid-Atlantic Area Engineering Director to form Arionda.
